1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and tags.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks, or downloadable content).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance or heavily discounted products).

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect it to verify eligibility.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days​ to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not​ be provided if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling by the customer.

  • The return is requested after 30 days of delivery.
